Job Description :

We are searching for more than just a marketer; we are looking for a Brand Ambassador in a corporate role. As our Marketing and PR Associate, you will be the living embodiment of our image, entrusted with shaping our public voice building influential relationships, and leading experiences that resonate with grace and professionalism

Key Responsibilities :

1.Brand Voice & Digital Presence

- Serve as the primary guardian and voice of our brand on LinkedIn, crafting content that reflects MIkana's elegant and professional ethos

- Develop and execute a content calendar that positions

2.Public Relations & Reputation Management

- Act as the frontline for all PR and communications. Handle media inquiries, interview coordination, and press release with polish.

- Proactively manage brand reputation : Address customer concerns, negative reviews, and potential PR issues with empathy, speed and strategic acumen to protect and enchance our brand equity

- Monitor media and social sentiment, providing regular insights and rapid response plans.

3.Relationship & Event Leadership

- Attend and represent Mikana at affiliate gatherings, media events, and industry functions. Your pressence is our brand presence

- Build and nurture a network of relationships with influencers, media personalities, and strategic external partners.

- Project manage and brand activations from concept to execution, ensuring every detail - from guest experience to influencer coordination - is flawless and on - brand.

4.Brand Ambassador & Internal Training

- Train our retail staff on the art of customer service with poise, Develop modules and conduct workshops on communication, brand storytelling and handling delicate customer situations with grace

- Be the internal benchmarks for Mikana - elegan, polished, approchable and professional

- Flexibility for evening and weekend events. A polished personal appearance and professional demeanor are essentials.

Qualification and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in PR, Communication, Influencer Marketing, or a client - facing marketing role. A background in luxury, fashion, or premium lifestly brand is a significant plus.

- Proven Track record in managing social media for a brand (LinkedIn focus preferred) and handling PR/sensitive communication

- Demonstrated experience in event project management with influencers/affiliate

- Experience in training or coaching teams is highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
