Must-Haves Experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software – patient scheduling and record management. Medical office background – comfortable with direct patient communication via phone. Call handling skills – answering phone calls, voicemails, and patient inquiries. Proficiency with integrated fax systems for sending and receiving medical records. Strong English communication – both verbal and written, for patient interactions and office coordination. Organized and detail-oriented – capable of managing multiple patient appointments and medical documentation. Tech-savvy and quick learner – able to adapt to all-in-one office software systems. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls for Achieve Brain & Spine office. Schedule patient appointments through EMR software. Coordinate medical records using built-in faxing systems. Serve as a personal assistant to the medical office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain accurate documentation of patient communications and appointments. Support the team with any administrative or follow-up tasks. Detailed Software EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software (specific system training provided if needed). Built-in faxing/integrated communication tools. General office software (email, phone systems, etc.). Timezone Pacific Time (PT) – 40 hours per week.
