About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a business leader with
event coordination, personal administration, and task management. The ideal candidate
will be highly adaptable, tech-savvy, and eager to learn new tools—including AI systems like
Notion—while providing reliable organizational support.
This role combines professional event support with personal assistant duties (such as
bookings, reservations, and email follow-ups), making it a dynamic position for someone who
thrives in a multi-faceted environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Event & Business Support
● Coordinate logistics and details for company events.
● Draft, send, and follow up on event-related communications.
● Maintain event timelines, vendor communications, and scheduling.
Personal Assistance
● Manage personal tasks such as bookings, reservations, and scheduling.
● Send follow-up emails and maintain clear communication on behalf of the client.
● Support daily coordination to reduce workload and ensure smooth operations.
Systems & AI Tools
● Utilize Notion to organize tasks, documents, and workflows.
● Learn and adapt to new AI and productivity tools as needed.
● Record and document processes for efficiency and clarity.
Must-Have Qualifications- 3–4+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Event Coordinator.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with task management tools (Notion or similar).
- Ability to communicate clearly and consistently (WhatsApp, Zoom, Slack, or email).
- Proven adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Trustworthy, efficient, and detail-oriented—able to complete tasks accurately without unnecessary delays.
