At YourSkinLab, we believe dermatology should be science-based, approachable, and personal. Our Receptionist/Clinic Assistant/Facialist plays a key role in creating a warm, professional, and seamless experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Patient Care
  • Welcome patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  • Manage clinic schedules, appointments, and patient inquiries.
  • Provide guidance on services, skincare routines, and post-treatment care.
  • Clinic Support
  • Assist dermatologists during consultations and minor procedures when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Handle clinic administration, including patient records and billing assistance.
  • Facial Treatments
  • Perform facials according to dermatologist protocols.
  • Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout the procedure.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, professional, and patient-oriented demeanor.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Background in aesthetics, nursing, or dermatology assistance preferred (but not always required).
  • Willingness to be trained in advanced facial and dermatology protocols.
