Role Summary:

The Company Nurse cum Receptionist is responsible for providing basic healthcare services while providing front-desk management. Tasks include administering first aid, managing workplace health programs, handling incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and supporting administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

As Company Nurse:

  • Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid to employees in case of illness or injury.
  • Maintain and update employee health records and medical logs.
  • Monitor and replenish clinic supplies and ensure the clinic area is clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist in the implementation of health and wellness programs and DOLE-mandated health policies and reports (e.g., SSS Sickness, ECC logbooks, PhilHealth claims).
  • Conduct health education and awareness sessions for employees when needed.

As Receptionist:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls and messages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
  • Support the HR/Admin department with additional tasks and errands when required.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license.
  • BLS/First Aid certification is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year relevant experience as a nurse.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as an administrative/front-desk support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Pleasing personality and professional demeanor.
