Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through networking, referrals, and professional connections.
  • Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the most suitable products and services.
  • Guide clients throughout the account lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, and after-sales support.
  • Present company offerings and gather feedback to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Recommend tailored solutions aligned with client requirements and business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in both private and public sectors to strengthen partnerships.
  • Deliver product and service orientations to internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to support business strategies.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and business development initiatives to achieve growth targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes and proper documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and compliance-related materials as needed.
  • Maintain accurate client records for effective tracking and reference.
  • Provide regular activity reports, action plans, and performance updates.
  • Suggest workflow and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, client relations, or business development (experience in financial services or a related industry is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Having an existing professional network or client base is a plus.
