JOB DETAILS

The Accounts Officer plays a key role in supporting the company's financial operations by ensuring all creditor data is accurately entered, updated, and maintained in the company's system, Business Central. This role ensures financial information is recorded in a timely, consistent, and reliable manner, contributing to smooth business operations and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Hybrid (3x Onsite, 2x WFH) | Ortigas, Pasig
  • Dayshift (6 AM to 3 PM PH Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process supplier invoices and credit notes.
  • Investigate, verify, and resolve price and quantity discrepancies.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.
  • Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • File, archive, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative and accounting support to the wider finance team as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related field (Professional License preferred).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a similar Accounts Officer role.
  • Experience working with Australian clients is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of accounting processes, including invoice management and reconciliation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar accounting systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel – including VLOOKUP and reporting tools).
  • Strong digital literacy, particularly in Excel and Teams, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
