FGS East Asia Inc. is looking for a driven Account Officer to build strong client relationships and expand our business presence. This role focuses on client and lead generation, account acquisition, and coordinating manpower solutions for international clients.

We are a DMW-licensed agency deploying to destinations worldwide including the Middle East, Europe, Asia, the USA, and the Pacific in different sectors such as, but not limited to, construction, healthcare, logistics, aviation, hospitality, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Officer, you are responsible for acquiring and managing client accounts, ensuring successful worker deployment, and driving business growth through lead generation and account conversion. You serve as the key liaison between the company, clients, and recruitment teams, maintaining strong partnerships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exploring new business opportunities.

  • Generate leads, acquire new accounts, and support contract renewals.
  • Develop and manage relationships with foreign and local clients.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for smooth worker deployment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in account management, client servicing, or business development (manpower/recruitment industry preferred).
  • Knowledge, background, and experience on DMW (Department of Migrant Workers) rules and regulations.
  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with foreign clients.

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
