Cook Team Leader

- Oversee food preparation and cooking to maintain consistency and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking according to standard operation procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure that all food products are handled, stored, and prepared safely according to food safety standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper hygiene are observed in the kitchen at all times.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Train kitchen staff in overall kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
- Handle kitchen equipment and utensils with care, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, including entering items in POS system, handling cash, credit card, or electronic payments, and providing change as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php20,200.00 per month
