Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Line Cook, located on-site at Taguig. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing food items according to the menu, ensuring ingredients are fresh and cooked to perfection. Tasks will include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, assisting with inventory management, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service. The Line Cook will also be expected to adhere to food safety standards and contribute to the development of new menu items.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Experience with kitchen operations and inventory management
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Use of Google Sheet
  • Creative interpretation of food, plating style is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus
