We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Line Cook to join our growing culinary family. We are seeking a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our exciting Filipino fusion restaurant in the Philippines. If you have a solid foundation in the kitchen and an eagerness to work with bold, modern Filipino flavors, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Station Management: Set up, manage, and break down a designated station (e.g., sauté, grill, fryer) according to established standards.
  • Mise en Place: Execute daily preparation tasks, including chopping, portioning, and preparing sauces and ingredients, ensuring everything is ready before service.
  • Plate Execution: Cook and plate all dishes quickly and accurately during service hours, ensuring quality and presentation meet the Head Chef's specifications.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality at all times.
  • Teamwork: Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff (especially the expeditor and prep cooks) to maintain a smooth flow of service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
