JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Give first aid treatment and proper medications to employee as needed.
  • Observe and record the symptom and condition of the employee.
  • In case of any accidents, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital.
  • Maintain medical and other related records of all employees.
  • Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work' certificate.
  • Go through the diagnostic test results and medical certificates to determine results.
  • Assist in manual medical examinations of all employees.
  • Monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies fro time to time.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Has high sense perseverance and dedication to do the job.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has good sense of confidentiality at all times.

EXPERIENCE AND FIELD OF STUDY

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse (PRC)
  • Preferably with OHNAP training
  • Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) training
  • With nursing experience of at least six (6) months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
