Job Description
- Update file and submit medical and health government compliance reports.
- Assist departments in carrying out various human resources program and planning activities.
- Coordinate employee needs and records with company health provider (insurance/HMO).
- Monitor tardiness and delinquencies of employees and report to HR Manager any candidates and warning and/or suspension.
- Pay home visits to sick employees and accompany/assist in transfer to hospital or clinic whenever necessary.
- Monitor inventory of medicine and medical supplies and request for replenishment.
- Help promote overall physical and mental well-being awareness to employees.
- Attend health and other related seminar outside company premises as needed.
- Preferably Registered Nurse
