JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide basic first aid and medical assistance for minor workplace injuries or health concerns.
- Monitor employee health conditions and maintain medical records.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Support HR-related tasks such as processing benefits, performance evaluation and payroll concerns.
- Assist in employee engagement programs, training sessions, and company events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or any related health course.
- Basic first aid training or certification is a must.
- Preferably with experience in HR, administrative task, and occupational health.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, ability to handle medical situations, good interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
