DUTIES & TASKS

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, contracts, and reports
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress
  • Coordinate with site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors for project requirements
  • Prepare cost estimates, purchase requests, and material take-offs
  • Review and verify project billings, invoices, and other documentation
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to the Project Manager
  • Monitor project expenses and assist in budget tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of drawings, correspondences, and site instructions
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety regulations
  • Perform other engineering and administrative tasks as assigned by management

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as an Office Engineer or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of multitasking
  • Knowledgeable in project cost control and documentation processes
