Job Description:
The ideal candidate is a graduate of any of the following courses: Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Automotive Technology or related fields.
This role requires flexibility, good organizational skills, and the ability to handle various administrative and field-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and coordination.
- Assist in financial, accounting, or marketing-related reports and documentation as needed.
- Support logistics, procurement, and inventory monitoring.
- Conduct field visits or errands using a motorcycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Provide technical or operational support depending on departmental needs (especially for engineering graduates).
- Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and company records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology or related courses.
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
- Knowledge in basic office systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and administrative processes.
- Good to excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Can work under minimal supervision
- know how to drive/ride a motorcycle (optional)
- willing to work at Laguna St., Sta. Cruz Manila (Monday to Saturday).
