Leading renewable energy consultancy with offices in Australia. We provide engineering, design, and project management services across hydrogen, biogas, solar, battery storage, EV charging, and renewable fuel projects. As we expand into the Philippines, we are looking for an experienced and confident Lead Engineer to help establish and grow our Philippines engineering team

We are seeking a Lead Engineer with strong leadership capabilities, proven experience mentoring and managing engineering teams, and excellent communication skills. You will play a key role in setting up our new office, guiding a team of engineers, and ensuring successful delivery of design packages for renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup, organization, and operations of the upcoming office.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of newly hired engineers.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of:
  • Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
  • Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
  • General Arrangement (GA) drawings
  • 3D models of site facilities
  • Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
  • Collaborate with engineers in Australia and the Philippines to produce accurate, high-quality designs.
  • Ensure all design deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance team culture.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of engineering experience, preferably in renewable energy, industrial plants, or similar sectors.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience—must have previously led, supervised, or mentored an engineering team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to coordinate confidently with international teams.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize well, and work independently.
