  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
  • Handle complex employee relations issues and provide support and guidance to managers and employees
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop compensation and benefits strategies
  • Lead organizational change and manage HR projects and initiatives
  • Monitor HR metrics and report on HR trends and analytics
  • Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
  • Proven experience with HR strategy, employee engagement, and talent management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • HR certification is a plus
