Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (flexible) role for a Vice President Human Resources located in Pasig. The Vice President Human Resources will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring the effective use of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Additionally, this role will involve leading and guiding the HR team, maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
  • Experience in managing Employee Relations and Employee Benefits
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role is a plus
