The
Time & Labor Management (TLM) Specialist
is responsible for supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting TLM systems with a strong focus on UKG Ready platform. The role ensures compliance with client policies and labor laws while collaborating with payroll and HR teams to streamline workflows, reporting, and system integration.

Responsibilities


• Configure, maintain, and support UKG Ready Time & Labor Management to ensure accuracy and compliance with client policies and labor laws.


• Provide subject matter expertise on TLM processes including scheduling, time tracking, accruals, and leave management.


• Partner with payroll teams and clients to troubleshoot issues, streamline workflows, and optimize system usage.


• Create and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.


• Train and support internal staff and clients on UKG Ready features and functionality.


• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide workforce data insights.


• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations within the TLM environment.


• Handle incoming service calls, emails, and chats from clients for TLM and payroll concerns.

Qualifications


• Experience using the UKG Ready cloud-based human capital management (HCM) platform including system setup, workflows, compliance rules, reporting, and integration with payroll.


• Experience working with payroll and HR teams to integrate TLM processes.


• Demonstrates strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce compliance.


• Applies analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to reduce errors and improve workflow efficiency.


• Works independently in a remote environment.


• Clear and coherent both in written and verbal communication skills in English.

Screening Criteria


• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Time & Labor Management (TLM).


• Has prior experience configuring UKG Ready or other TLM systems with California-specific labor law requirements is a plus.


• Experience with other UKG modules or payroll service environments is also a plus.


• Must have stable employment history.
