Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual (Mandarin and English) E-commerce Operations & Performance Analyst to oversee and enhance the efficiency of our online store operations. The ideal candidate will monitor key performance indicators, manage inventory and orders, ensure marketplace compliance, and support customer service processes across various platforms. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential to effectively communicate with international suppliers, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations & Performance Analysis

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs across platforms.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve fulfillment, inventory, and logistics.
• Recommend pricing strategies, promotions, and product placements using data insights.

Inventory & Order Management

• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and warehouses to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Monitor fulfillment rates, return rates, and service metrics to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline delivery processes.

Marketplace Compliance & Listings Optimization

• Ensure full compliance with platform policies (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) to avoid violations.
• Assist in optimizing product listings with accurate translations, content, keywords, and images to maximize visibility and conversion.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Use tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms to generate performance reports and insights.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Conduct trend and forecast analysis to guide e-commerce strategies.

Media Management

• Develop and manage listing media such as images, videos, A+ content, and posts.
• Coordinate with influencers and manage user-generated content (UGC) for brand promotion.

Customer Support

• Address and resolve customer concerns and returns, especially Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback channels.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify automation opportunities to increase workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate across departments to improve processes in order processing and customer service.
• Document and implement best practices for online store operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably across marketplaces like Amazon.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
