Position Overview
The Customer Team Lead plays a key role in managing our customer support operations and ensuring that every client interaction meets the highest standards of quality and care. This role combines leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide a small team of support representatives and maintain excellent service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate the customer support team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Monitor and evaluate support tickets, calls, and chat interactions for quality and efficiency.
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Coordinate schedules, assign daily tasks, and maintain staffing coverage for peak hours.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to identify service gaps and improve customer experience.
- Generate and analyze reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and service trends.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and data security standards.
