Job Title: Administrative Officer & Accounting Specialist (Dual-Role)

Location: Lexington Condominium, Loyola Heights, Quezon City

Position Overview

The Lexington Condominium seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage both administrative operations and accounting functions. This dual-role position ensures seamless coordination between resident services, office management, and financial accuracy while upholding compliance with local regulations and condo policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties:

  • Front Desk & Resident Services:

◦ Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests.

◦ Manage move-in/move-out documentation, unit transfers, and compliance with house rules.

  1. Documentation & Record-Keeping:

◦ Maintain organized records (leases, resident databases, incident reports).

◦ Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and official correspondence.

  1. Office Management:

◦ Oversee contracts (security, maintenance), and facility coordination.

◦ Assist in organizing community events

  • Accounting & Financial Duties:

  • Financial Management:

◦ Handle accounts payable/receivable, monthly billing (association dues, utilities), and bank reconciliations.

◦ Prepare monthly financial statements

  1. Compliance & Reporting:

◦ Ensure timely tax filings (BIR), SEC compliance, and adherence to RA 9904 (Magna Carta for Condominiums).

◦ Manage petty cash and resolve resident billing discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 -3 years in admin/accounting roles; real estate/condo experience preferred. Fresh Grad are also welcome to apply.
  • Skills:

◦ Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.

◦ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

◦ Knowledge of condo regulations (RA 9904) and BIR compliance is a plus.

Work Environment

  • On-site role in a fast-paced residential setting.
  • Collaborative teamwork with staff and residents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Fresh graduate
