OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager – Events & Launches to lead the planning, promotion, and execution of large-scale real estate and hospitality projects and developments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating buzz, building memorable brand experiences, and driving public excitement before, during, and after an event.

Marketing Strategies and Execution:

  • Design and Execute marketing strategies and enhance property and event visibility and achieve market objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns including digital marketing, print materials and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trend and opportunities, adjusting marketing strategies as necessary.
  • Plan, organize, and execute major brand events, project launches, and public activations.
  • Lead end-to-end event planning: from conceptualization and budgeting to execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Drive creative and engaging launch events for new projects, openings, and campaigns.
  • Ensure strong brand storytelling and guest experience during every launch.

Promotion & Publicity

  • Develop and implement pre-event hype campaigns to build anticipation across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
  • Plan and execute open houses, tradeshows, launches, and community engagement events to promote visibility and interest in properties.
  • Partner with brokers, agencies, and media to maximize event reach and PR opportunities.

Sponsorships (Good to Have)

  • Identify and engage potential sponsors and partners to add value to events.
  • Prepare sponsorship decks, proposals, and manage sponsor relationships from pitch to post-event follow-up.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Digital Marketing teams to align messaging and ensure effective audience targeting.
  • Lead briefings, align stakeholders, and provide updates on timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event marketing or brand marketing, preferably in HOSPITALITY and REAL ESTATE industry.
  • Strong portfolio of past successful event campaigns and launches.
  • Excellent project management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
  • Experience in handling sponsorships is a plus.
