Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement marketing promotion strategies based on the positioning of the gaming platform/product (including player acquisition, brand promotion, and market penetration), with clear understanding of budget allocation and KPI setting.
- Lead brand building, advertising placements, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
Manage the annual marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and track ROI performance.
Market Analysis & Product Operation Collaboration
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate across departments (Product, Sales, Customer Service) to plan phased marketing campaigns according to the game lifecycle (pre-launch, launch, operations).
Evaluate the impact of new feature launches, events, and version updates on player behavior and revenue (A/B testing analysis).
Digital Marketing Management
Oversee digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, EDM, social media marketing, and website optimization.
- Understand digital media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, A/B testing, copy generation, etc.).
Track advertising effectiveness (e.g., user acquisition cost, ROAS, retention, conversion) and provide data insights for the marketing team.
Brand Management & Communication
Manage brand tone, visual identity system, and external communication content.
- Plan brand partnerships, PR activities, KOL/influencer collaborations to boost exposure.
- Supervise social media operations and community management, keeping track of player sentiment and dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or brand management; candidates with management experience preferred.
- Proficient in various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp) and data analytics tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strategic thinker with creativity.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
