About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing / Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Nezda Technologies, Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and from our modern office space.

Marketing Manager 1

  1. Strategic Planning & Leadership : Own and oversee the entire marketing function for Aims Global including strategy, execution, and quality control of work done internally or via contractors ensuring consistency, accountability, and alignment with business goals.
  2. Campaign & Content Management : Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, search, print)
  3. Digital Marketing & Social Media : Create and schedule engaging social media posts, track performance, and respond to interactions.
  4. CRM Management & Automation : Manage and optimize SEO/SEM efforts, including Google Ads, tagging, and keyword strateg.
  5. Sales Collaboration & Lead Support : Collaborate closely with Sales to align campaign messaging, lead follow-up, and sales strategy.
  6. Webinars, Events & Brand Presence : Coordinate digital and in-person events (e.g. webinars, expos), including invites, platforms, and comms.

Marketing Manager 2 (Social Media Management)

  1. Graphic & Motion Design - Design static posts, animated carousels, and brand-approved templates for multiple channels
  2. Video Editing & Optimization - Edit long-form (YouTube) and short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) videos with polished cuts, motion graphics, captions, and sound design
  3. Workflow & Process Ownership - Establish clear project timelines, task assignments, and version control in tools like Asana, Trello, or
  4. Strategy & Optimization - Maintain close alignment with brand guidelines for each entity

What we're looking for

  1. 3+ years' experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably with end to end marketing experience.
  2. Experience in roles such as Marketing Executive, Coordinator, or similar with increasing responsibility.
  3. Comfortable using CRM (HubSpot preferred), email platforms, and digital tools.
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools to track, measure and optimize campaign performance
  5. Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email campaign tools.
  6. Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
  7. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field
