About the role
Work as a Customer Service Representative and provide high-quality email support. This full-time role is focused on responding to customer enquiries and issues via email, ensuring a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer emails in a timely, professional and friendly manner
- Handle a variety of customer service requests such as order status, returns, and product information
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall customer experience
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally in email support
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a positive, helpful attitude
- Proficiency in using customer service software and email platforms
- Good time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
