Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and payments accurately.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.

Preferred Skills (Optional):
  • Experience in [specific industry, e.g., telecommunications, retail, finance, etc.].
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
  • Familiarity with ticketing or support platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk.
