We're looking for a Commercial Sales Administrator to join our vibrant team — and you might be exactly who we need In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our commercial team — from processing daily orders to coordinating with internal departments, external vendors, and valued customers. Your ability to stay on top of details, juggle multiple tasks, and communicate clearly will help drive our operations forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the shared email account, ensuring timely responses and task completion.
  • Process daily orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Arrange customer deliveries and coordinate with logistics teams.
  • Communicate product updates and availability to customers.
  • Process stock transfers between locations.
  • Generate and manage stock purchase orders.
  • Handle and process goods returns, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Debt collection
  • Support for receivables invoicing and statements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Basic knowledge of accounts receivable is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a commercial administration or sales support role.
  • Familiarity with inventory and order management systems.
