We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by promoting our products/services and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through various channels (calls, emails, in-person visits).
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with regular field visits or remote work depending on the role.
  • Flexible schedule may be required to meet client needs.
