We are looking for an experienced Finance & Admin specialist for our affiliate in the Philippines with passion for new market expansion to take up this pivotal position

This is an incredible opportunity for anyone looking to grow an app to its full potential. You will work autonomously, with the support of our existing Philippines sales, marketing and operations team, Hong Kong head office. Come join us and help us grow in Philippines

Job Descriptions:

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes;

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions;

  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability;

  • Calculate the monthly sales commission for all sales team members

  • Coordinate with the accounting team in Hong Kong to ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. Advise management on financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Administration Management:

  • To provide office general administration;

  • Develop and implement the office policies and procedures;

  • Maintain staff attendance and leave records;

  • Organize daily office operations such as office supplies, office equipment;

  • To assist in admin related reports and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting Business Administration or related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in finance and admin supervisory role

  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Experience working in a multinational company

  • Good command of written/spoken English

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Finance and Administration Manager
