Job Overview:

We're looking for a proactive Finance Administrator to manage timesheets, prepare reports, and support accounting administration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage timesheets in the Track system.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain system records.
  • Collaborate with the Onshore SME for Track system processes.
  • Prepare reports, variations, and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Handle filing of basic documents and correspondence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Financeand Accounting or related field is desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Finance Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Arriva experience an advantage).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial formulas and spreadsheet creation.
  • Solid data entry skills with the ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Timesheet management experience preferred (trucking industry experience an advantage).
  • AR experience an advantage but not required.
  • Must be willing to work full time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM).
