Premix Supervisor

Summary : Responsible with the day to day operations in the premix of vitamins and minerals for the production of feeds.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Schedule daily premix production.

· Prepare production reports, batch reports and down time.

· Designate workers to ensure equal work load.

· Supervise in the preparation, batching and bagging division.

· Prepare packaging materials and monitors the availability of stocks.

· Prepare Daily Receiving Report (R.R.)

· Prepare monthly report.

· Summary of packaging materials report (stickers, sacks and plastics)

· Summary of packaging premix usage for Systematize Accounting Procedure (S.A.P.)

· Assist in the preparation of Weekly Progress Report (WPR) to be presented by immediate . superior.

· Receive raw materials.

· Make daily reports for the following: Daily mixing report, Temperature and Humidity report, Calibration report for digital scales, List of premix to dispatch, Electric consumption

· Operate the smart premix system.

· Check the stock on the inventory if all the requested premix will be supplied.

· Check and update the formulation of all requested premixes on the data base to ensure . the exact inclusion for every batch of premixes.

· Create job order and mix order with print out stickers.

· Responsible for any troubleshoot in the system.

· Other duties as assigned.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Must be a graduate of any 4 years Business course or industrial or

Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience : With or without experience.

Special Skills : Must be a computer literate. People Management Skills

Industrious &Trustworthy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
