My Derma Dream is a fast-growing U.S. beauty and wellness brand doing 9-figures annually. We're expanding our global team and seeking highly motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to help us scale even further.

This is a direct role with our company — not through an agency.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects and follow up with leads.
  • Present high-ticket products with confidence and professionalism.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Maintain consistency and accountability in daily sales activity.
Non-Negotiables:
  • Commitment to a 6-day work schedule.
  • 12 hours per day (with structured breaks: 2 x 1-hour + 2 x 15-minute).
  • Reliability, discipline, and a results-first mindset.
