About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Agent to join our team at Gigatyre Corporation in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company by engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive compensation, incentives and car plan.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively reaching out to potential customers to introduce our products and services
  2. Conducting market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends
  3. Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Continuously expanding your product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry developments
  7. Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
