About the role

Rivson Goldplast Manufacturing Company is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Agent to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and revenue growth by engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, and securing new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and lead generation activities
  • Arrange and conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective clients to showcase our products and services
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reporting to management
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential customers

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the plastic dostribution: commodities or a similar idustry
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
