About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Taguig City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our engineering department, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff
  2. Develop and implement engineering plans and strategies to meet business objectives
  3. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance to identify and resolve issues
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new technologies
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the engineering industry
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing and leading engineering projects
  4. Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work well in a team and lead cross-functional collaborations
  7. Proficient in project management tools and software
