What you'll be doing:

  • General Maintenance: Responsible for maintenance of all aspects of the hotel.
  • Guest Service Repairs: Respond to requests that require repair, including but not limited to: television, Internet/computer, HVAC, and plumbing concerns.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with outside vendors on repair, upgrades, and replacement.
  • Inspections: Coordinate regular inspections of fire alarm, sprinkler systems, elevators, board of health items.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement engineering plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and oversee all maintenance aspects of the hotel.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

What we're looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Graduates of leading universities strongly preferred).
  • Experience Preferred: Extensive experience in building maintenance gained from the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading engineering projects.

  • Skills: Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Leadership: Must demonstrate quality consciousness, leadership, and business acumen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
