Role:

  • Plan, manage, and execute engineering projects such as equipment installations, process improvements,

Infrastructure upgrades, and external construction or renovation works. Strong ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers for outsourced projects.

  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

  • Supervise daily facility operations including preventive and reactive maintenance of utilities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, gensets, etc.), buildings, and grounds.

  • Develop and oversee implementation of facility maintenance schedules and programs.

  • Lead, coach, and develop engineering and maintenance personnel and assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor

Performance to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance activities, project documentation, permits, and vendor contracts.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, budget utilization, and maintenance KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or any related field).

  • 5+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Proven experience managing both internal projects and vendor-led external works.

  • Strong background in facility maintenance , building systems, and utility management

  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS project, AutoCAD, CMMS)

  • Knowledge of safety, building, and environmental codes and regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and operational skills.
