
HR and Admin Generalist

What you'll be doing
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's goals
- Provide HR guidance and advice to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and rewards programs
- Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, such as organizational restructuring or employee engagement surveys
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the HR function and the overall business
What we're looking for
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- CHRP or SPHR certification is an advantage
