What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  2. Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's goals
  3. Provide HR guidance and advice to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
  4. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and rewards programs
  5. Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, such as organizational restructuring or employee engagement surveys
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  7. Contribute to the strategic direction of the HR function and the overall business

What we're looking for

  1. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  3. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  4. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  5. CHRP or SPHR certification is an advantage
