Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain employee records and update 201 files
  • Process timekeeping, attendance, and leave applications
  • Coordinate government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Help prepare payroll and HR reports
  • Support employee engagement activities and trainings
  • Draft and file HR documents, memos, and correspondences
  • Provide clerical and admin support to the HR department
