JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Aesthetically sound but economical design concept of various house models, amenities, landscape and interiors.

  2. Preparation of comprehensive architectural specification relative to project components requiring the same.

  3. Provision of appropriate architectural support to projects under construction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Conceptualizes site planning of amenities, house model design (façade and interior), landscape design and prepares presentation drawing relative thereto for review and deliberation by management.

  1. Reviews and finalizes preliminary site planning of amenities, house model design (façade and interior) and landscape design prepared by junior architects.

  2. Reviews and makes recommendations on the design's schemes prepared or submitted by external architects.

4.Conducts site inspection/visit to ascertain in more detail, the physical and other features of the project site.

5.Prepares detailed design drawings of vertical structures including, but not limited to, location plan, vicinity map, roof plan, and exterior/interior prospective drawings.

  1. Prepares architectural floor plans, elevations, and sectional drawings and details.

  2. Prepares architectural bill of quantities for incorporation into preliminary projects costing.

  3. Prepares technical specifications tender and contract documents.

  4. Conducts periodic visit to the projects site to determine whether the work is proceeding in accordance with contract documents.

  5. Performs all tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.S. Architecture with units in landscape architecture
  • With design experience in vertical structures, residential buildings, landscape design and interior design.
  • Preferably a licensed architect.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
  • Above average IQ level.
  • Above average oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to work overtime.

EXPERIENCE UPON ENTRY INTO THE POSITION

  • At least three (3) years actual working experience as a designer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
