Overview

Fig Advisory is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead our flagship senior living development and manage architectural teams in Quezon City. In this full-time role, you will drive major projects while mentoring the next generation of architects supporting our Australian and international clients.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead architectural design for our 5-tower senior living community development from concept to construction documentation
  • Manage and mentor architectural teams of 5+ junior architects and drafting staff
  • Master Revit workflows and ensure team excellence in BIM coordination across all projects
  • Coordinate with engineers, landscape architects, and specialty consultants on complex developments
  • Conduct client presentations and manage design reviews for major architectural clients
  • Establish and maintain Fig Advisory's architectural quality standards across all projects
  • Drive compliance with senior living facility codes, accessibility standards, and international regulations
What We're Looking For
  • Licensed Architect with 8+ years of experience leading large-scale projects
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit (this is non-negotiable) plus AutoCAD and visualization software
  • Proven experience managing architectural teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Background in residential, mixed-use, or healthcare facility design highly desirable
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to coordinate international teams
  • Self-driven, growth-minded, and committed to excellence
