Core skills:

· Possessing a Bachelor's degree in architecture from a reputable school in the Philippines

· Demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Revit, Lumion, etc.

· Having experience producing construction documents

· Showing professional experience with an architecture firm (min 4 years)

· Being able to use Microsoft Office; Ability to Learn Project Management Program

· Completion of a five or six-year architecture program

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

He or she will also:

  • Utilize engineering knowledge for construction project management; estimate timelines and schedules; anticipate risks and costs related to the technical aspects of the project.
  • May be responsible for bid analysis, constructability reviews, and permit processing.
  • Coordinate and communicate between various sites and teams; supervise and train design team members including but not limited to: interns, apprentices, and junior architects.
  • Plan and organize construction architectural and engineering projects from conception to completion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
