Brand Assistant (Marketing)

  1. Strategizes and executes promos and campaigns for the brands that he/she will be handling

  2. Analyzes the industry and its competitors

  3. Identifies market trends, target customers and key opportunities for brand growth

  4. Creates reports on brand performance and manages marketing spend

  5. Coordinates with the creatives team in maintaining brand voice across all platforms (from social media to e-commerce platforms)

  6. Works with the company's sales team to ensure that brands are offered to the right customers

  7. Directly reports to the Marketing Manager and Business Stakeholders to align on brand strategy and objectives

Job Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in Brand Marketing or any related field

  2. Proficient in researching and analyzing data

  3. Strong verbal and communication skills

  4. Analytical and results-driven

  5. Can work effectively within a team or independently

  6. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT)

  7. Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)

  8. Previous experience of working in the food industry (equipment or ingredients) is PREFERRED

  9. Willing to report on-site in Balintawak, QC
