We're looking for a proactive, organised, and digitally-savvy Affiliate & Operations

Assistant to support our internal brand teams. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is

passionate about social commerce.

Responsibilities

• Performance Analysis: monitor and report on TikTok Shop and livestream performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation to achieve higher conversion rates, engagement, and overall ROI. Understand and influence the key metrics that drive growth within the TikTok ecosystem. Produce detailed, regular performance reporting for brands.

• Affiliate Marketing & Outreach: In conjunction with internal support, oversee the strategy to onboard a community of highly engaged affiliates to drive overall growth of the TikTok Shop performance for each brand. This includes:

• Define products for affiliate distribution, commission rates, and rationale.

• Continually source new affiliate that align with each individual brand.

• Ensure all tools used in affiliate outreach are configured and utilised accordingly, monitoring execution and outcomes.

• Daily review of sample requests, including actioning approvals and rejections.

• Daily analysis of affiliate content performance; highlighting top-performing content/creators. Providing detailed, regular reporting of affiliate performance per brand.

• Manage & maintain communications in all appropriate internal and external groups/group chats with affiliate, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.

• Market Research: stay ahead of social commerce trends, TikTok Shop features, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

• Brand Competitor Analysis: research and report on the performance of competitor brands within the TikTok Shop ecosystem.

• TikTok Shop Backend Operations: manage the Seller Centre backend for brands such as adding/optimising product listings; tracking & synchronising inventory; reviewing violations; managing TTS recommendations; and general maintenance of the shop backend.

Requirements

• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and affiliate management, ideally from a TikTok Shop perspective.
• Strong organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Confident using a variety of tech platforms and tools associated with a TikTok Shop partner – such as TikTok Seller Centre; Reacher; lark; WhatsApp groups; Discord; Slack; Google Workspace/Gmail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Creative flair and a strong aesthetic eye for deck building and content tasks.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and brands with efficiency, and remain calm under pressure.
• Passion for TikTok, social media, and the future of social commerce.
