About the role

We are seeking driven and results-oriented Brand Ambassadors to help us expand our client base in Australia. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, but who are open to a performance-based arrangement.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our company, build relationships, and convert potential leads into long-term clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively reach out to and engage potential Australian clients through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.
  • Represent the WEDOVAS brand with professionalism and credibility.
  • Present and explain our virtual staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Achieve targets by successfully converting leads into clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related roles (preferably in IT-BPM/BPO, outsourcing, or recruitment).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with a commission-based arrangement.
  • Familiarity with the Australian market is an advantage.
  • Strong online presence or network is a plus.

Compensation

Earn PHP 5,000 for every successful client conversion

PHP 30,000 – 100,000 monthly potential (Commission-Based)

High performers can achieve 50k–100k+ per month depending on results

Unlimited earning potential – the more clients you bring, the more you earn
