Who You Are

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketplace Specialist to support our online marketplace operations. This role will focus on preparing and maintaining accurate product data for bulk uploads, ensuring smooth integration across platforms like eBay and Poshmark, and engaging with customers through marketplace communications. The ideal candidate thrives in spreadsheets, enjoys solving data challenges, and has a solid understanding of how e-commerce platforms work.

What You'll Do

  • Resolve data inconsistencies in marketplace bulk upload files.
  • Identify efficient and accurate methods of obtaining missing product information through internet research and data analysis.
  • Prepare, clean, and structure data files in Excel and Google Sheets for successful uploads to marketplaces (eBay, Poshmark, and others).
  • Providing additional product information upon request.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Proven accuracy in managing, correcting, and maintaining large data sets with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with e-commerce marketplaces (eBay, Poshmark, or similar platforms) and knowledge of best practices preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop efficient methods for data retrieval and verification using internet research and data analysis.
