Job Summary:

Responsible for providing administrative support while handling telemarketing activities to help generate leads, assist the sales team, and ensure smooth office operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products/services.
  • Generate and qualify leads; schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer database, call logs, and sales records.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow up on client requirements.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or admin support is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Must have laptop or desktop and stable internet connection at home.
  • Hybrid set-up
