Position Title: Telemarketer

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Telemarketer will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, building rapport, obtaining consent for continued communication, and qualifying leads with a soft approach. The ideal candidate will have a great personality, excellent listening skills, and a strong desire to connect with people.

What You'll Do:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with contacts.
  • Obtain explicit consent from individuals for ongoing communication via calls, texts, and emails.
  • Qualify leads by gauging their interest in selling properties with a soft, non-aggressive approach.
  • Accurately log and record all call details in the CRM for compliance and tracking purposes.
  • Ensure all communication and scripts adhere to compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the quality of lead lists and optimize dialing ratios.
  • Participate in training to enhance telemarketing skills and stay updated on company services.

  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is beneficial but not required; we value personality and motivation.
